Mad’Moiselle Breizh… From my very early childhood, I’ve lived in a world where local produce is handled with the greatest of care to create high-quality products. My parents bred fish at the bottom of the valley, where the sound of the river running ceaselessly lulled us to sleep. My mother’s parents, Lisette and Marcel, had a mill that gave off that unmistakeable scent of freshly-milled flour. My father’s parents, Jeanne and Claude, ran a farm where, after milking the cows, they would make butter or cream, and this was also where I made my first galettes and crêpes… what happy memories! Now an adult, I look back on how these people guided and supported me, making me what I am today, which is why I chose to create my own recipes and to invite others to discover Brittany through its flavours, always rich and always authentic! Our flour, our cider, our trout dishes, fruit and vegetables come mostly from family businesses nearby, where the land, rivers and sea are always so generous. And our preserves are prepared on-site and are available to buy. Brittany is a vast area full of flavours and my dream is to encourage more people to discover them. Here, anyone who has allergies is also welcome. Ask us about our products and dishes, and you’ll be given all the information you need by our staff.
