The fully-equipped self-contained gîte, located on the 2nd floor of the house, opens out on all four sides to the sea, the old centre of the village and the gardens with their century-old trees and sunny terraces.

A comfortable, bright, maritime-style flat overlooking Saint-Jean-du-Doigt, just a few hundred metres from the sea. The location is also ideal for hiking, cycling, sailing, fishing and horse riding. Bellevue is an excellent starting point for excursions to the main sights of northern Brittany.

The spacious flat sleeps 2 to 4 people and boasts a magnificent view over the beach at St Jean du Doigt, revealing a beautiful palette of shades of blue throughout the day!

The flat has a kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, extractor hood, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine & electric kettle.

The lounge/dining room has a sofa and armchair, and a TV/screen.

Bathroom with bath/shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, washing machine.

Bedroom 1 with a double bed (180 x 200cm).
Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90 x 200cm).

You have access to the shared terrace with garden furniture and to the private garden.
