This property is located in the small, historic market town of Guerlesquin, in a quiet cul-de-sac that has the shops within walking distance. Combining the charm of an old stone house with contemporary decor, the house is light and bright, looking out over the generous 1,500m² garden.

Your cosy living space includes a fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy your meals, as well as a comfortable lounge area around the wood-burning stove. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed (140x190cm) plus its own shower room and toilet. The modern staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find a study area on the landing, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and another shower room with toilet.
