This house is located in the small, characterful village of Guerlesquin, in a quiet cul-de-sac with the shops within walking distance. Combining the charm of an old stone house with contemporary decor, the house is very bright and opens onto the 1500m² garden.

The cosy living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen where you can enjoy your meals, as well as a comfortable lounge around the wood-burning stove. The ground floor bedroom has its own shower room and toilet, and includes 1 double bed (140x190cm). The modern staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a study area on the landing, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and a shower room with toilet.

Young and old alike can enjoy the garden, playing ball, reading on the deckchairs or meeting up for a barbecue. A table tennis table and adult bicycles are also available.
