Discover our gîte, combining authentic charm and modern comforts, nestling in the heart of a calm and peaceful setting in Saint-Thégonnec, at a place called Le Luzec. With no neighbours in sight, it’s a haven of peace and tranquillity where you can recharge your batteries in total serenity.

The stone walls, typical of the region, give the place a warm atmosphere full of character, while having been brought up to date to meet today’s expectations.

The gîte has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with 4 single beds, a private bathroom and separate WC. Every space has been designed to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to the garden, offering a magnificent view over the valley, ideal for making the most of the natural surroundings.

A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, allowing you to store your groceries and prepare your meals as you wish.

Bed linen is provided, to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

The surrounding area

– An ideal location in the heart of Finistère!

Located in Brittany, in the heart of Finistère, the Luzec gîte is ideally situated between land and sea. Just a few minutes from Morlaix and less than 45 minutes from Brest, you can enjoy a peaceful setting while remaining close to the region’s main tourist and cultural attractions.

On the coast, the most beautiful beaches in north Finistère are within easy reach: it takes around 20 minutes (18 km) to get to the beaches at Carantec, and around 25 minutes (22 km) to get to those at Saint-Pol-de-Léon, ideal for swimming, walking or watching the sun go down.

Heritage lovers will be enchanted by the wealth of parish enclosures, emblematic of the region. The church of Saint-Thégonnec, a veritable architectural gem, as well as several nearby enclosures, are in the process of being recognised as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, bearing witness to a unique cultural heritage.

Nature lovers and hikers will also find something to suit them: the GR 380 passes right by Luzec, making Saint-Thégonnec a popular stopping-off point for walkers. Some walkers on the Tro Breizh choose to take a break here and stay for one or two nights to recharge their batteries in a calm, authentic setting.

Finally, for the enjoyment of young and old alike, just a 30-minute walk from the gîte, you can discover the Roc’h Toul cave, a protected natural site that is home to bats, in a peaceful environment. There are also a few Geocaching trails accessible to all!
