The “Ty Puñs” self-catering flat (“House of the well” in Breton) is located on the heights of Morlaix town centre, near the alleyway circuit and a greenway. It has an outdoor hot tub overlooking the Jarlot valley.

The peaceful setting is surrounded by trees and old walls, with lovely views over the town.

This beautiful 54 m² flat, on the 1st floor of the house and accessible via a separate outside staircase, has been renovated using eco-friendly materials and offers every comfort for 2 to 4 people.
Beautifully decorated, it comprises a large 30 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom for 2 people (160 cm bed), a sofa bed in the living room, a shower room with a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

You will have your own terrace and garden area, as well as access to private outdoor spa sessions (1 session of 1 hour offered).
A private parking space is reserved for our guests.
