Gîte Ty Puñs

The ‘Ty Puñs’ holiday flat (meaning ‘House of the Well’ in Breton) is situated on the hills above Morlaix town centre, near the ‘Circuit des Venelles’ and a greenway. It features an outdoor spa overlooking the Jarlot Valley.

The peaceful, tree-lined surroundings are bordered by ancient walls, offering beautiful views overlooking the town.

This lovely 54 m² flat, on the first floor of the house and accessible via a separate external staircase, has been renovated using eco-friendly materials and offers every comfort for 2 to 4 people.
Tastefully decorated, it comprises a large 30 m² combined living room, lounge and fitted kitchen, a double bedroom (160 cm bed), a sofa bed in the lounge, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

You’ll have your own terrace and garden area, as well as access to private outdoor spa sessions (one free one-hour session included).
A private parking space is reserved for our guests.
Shops, restaurants and a market are 500 metres away.

New for 2026: In addition to the holiday cottage, discover the unique Ty Puñs treehouse, close to the GR walking trails and cycle routes in the surrounding area!
This eco-friendly treehouse, certified by ‘Accueil Vélo’ and ‘Rando Accueil’, is available to rent by the night or for longer stays. It features three single beds, a small dining area, a dry toilet and a small terrace on stilts. You’ll also have access to a shower, a toilet and a small kitchen in an outdoor utility room.
