GOELIA Résidence du Golf

Located in a peaceful setting, 5 minutes from the beaches and centre of Carantec, the Résidence du Golf is the ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday. Situated on the edge of the nine-hole Pays de Morlaix golf course, the Residence is made up of small 2-storey buildings (no lifts). On-site facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from 01/06 to 30/09, weather permitting), a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna (at an additional cost of €14/single 20-minute session, €21/double 20-minute session and €11.5/additional person) for a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited for minors unaccompanied by an adult and for children under 16). The 64 fully-equipped flats for 4, 6 or 8 people with kitchenette all have a balcony (or garden level) and garden furniture.

– End-of-stay cleaning: 65€ for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, 89€ for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, 99€ for accommodation for 8 to 9 people (to be paid on site).
– Pets: €10.50/night or €49/week. To be indicated on registration (anti-rabies certificate required). Attack dogs and 2nd category (guard/defence) dogs are prohibited. Only 1 animal per accommodation.
– Cleaning kit: €7/kit
– Rental of baby equipment (bed, chair and/or bathtub) left in the accommodation: 10€/stay
