This comfortable one-storey house comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, shower room and toilet, and a terrace area in front of the house.

Situated in the countryside close to a green campsite with a fenced pond and ornamental animals, this is an ideal base for exploring the Morlaix region, from the Bay of Morlaix to the Monts d’Arrée.

The Kerroyal farm estate is located 5 km from Morlaix (CD 786). Easy access via the Morlaix-Lannion road.
