Discover Le Grand Ker, a large, charming gîte ideally located between the market town of Plougasnou (3 minutes away) and Terenez beach (5 minutes away). With almost a hectare of private parkland and charming outbuildings, this completely renovated 17th-century farmhouse invites you to enjoy a unique experience in a warm, authentic setting.

Designed to accommodate up to 16 adults, Le Grand Ker is ideal for family reunions, get-togethers with friends or group activities. It consists of two spacious, self-contained accommodation units, with a total living area of over 300m2. It offers great flexibility in terms of group organisation, with space and privacy for everyone, including a quiet office area.

On the left-hand side, the “Métairie”, you will find :
– 3 large bedrooms for 2 people + 1 small bedroom with a single bed
– 1 kitchen with scullery, a large living/dining area with a wood-burning stove
– 1 bathroom and separate WC on the ground floor, 1 shower room upstairs with WC.

On the right-hand side, the “Longère”, you will find :
– 2 bedrooms for 2 people and a mini-apartment with 2 bedrooms for 2 people, each with independent access and sanitary facilities, representing 3 WCs and 3 shower rooms
– 1 large communal area comprising a new kitchen with fireplace and table d’hôte, a lounge on the ground floor and a boudoir on the mezzanine for activities and socialising. The mezzanine has a single adult bed.

Every space has been designed with your well-being and relaxation in mind. The bedding and household linen are new and of high quality. Most of the beds are modular, with 2 90 cm beds that can be assembled to form a king-size 180 cm bed.

The two kitchens are fully equipped for preparing and sharing delicious meals.

You also have :

– A large plot of almost one hectare, partly lawned and partly planted with trees, where you can eat, relax, play games and take part in group and sporting activities outdoors.
– Access to a 200 m2 shed, with a table tennis table, for outdoor activities even in bad weather.
– A shed for bicycles or water sports equipment
– A 20 m2 communal laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron.
– Baby equipment: cots, changing table, high chair
– A Napoleon gas barbecue for barbecue fans
