Just 100 m from the sea, with its covered terrace overlooking Primel Bay, this recently-built gîte offers comfortable, bright accommodation. At the entrance to the Pointe de Primel, a listed natural site, Primel-Trégastel is a family seaside resort with a pedestrianised seafront.

The best thing about this rental: it’s adapted for people with reduced mobility, so it’s comfortable for everyone. The entire ground floor is adapted: this means an ergonomic shower room, a spacious bedroom and a good-sized living room, no steps and parking as close as possible to the front door at the back of the house (wheelchair accessible).
Assistance dogs are accepted.

At the end of the private garden, you have easy access to the Méloine pedestrian walkway, where you’ll find a few benches with an exceptional view of the supervised beach. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR 34 is just a short walk from the house!

On the ground floor, a large living/dining room with kitchen area, an adjoining storeroom (with storage space, washing machine, tumble dryer and water point), a bedroom for 2 people (bed 160 x 200 cm), a shower room with toilet adapted for reduced mobility, and a separate toilet.

1st floor: two bedrooms with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 2 single beds, a mezzanine with reading area and a covered balcony-terrace with sea views. A shower room with wc.

Two large wooden armchairs on the terrace and a barbecue complete the outdoor facilities. Closed garage for motorbikes or bicycles, beach games for children, private car park. Baby equipment provided and extra bed on request. Pets allowed under certain conditions.

Rates adapted according to number of people. Linen hire out of season, cleaning charge depending on whether or not a care bed is installed.
