A beautiful new house, Villa Kervern is just 2 minutes’ walk from the sea and the shore. It welcomes you in a charming wooded setting. The location of the house has been chosen to take advantage of the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Built on one level, in compliance with accessibility standards for people with reduced mobility, the villa offers a spacious living room with plenty of natural light. You’ll love the comfortable lounge and dining room opening onto a large south/south-west-facing terrace, where you can soak up the sun well into the evening. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The sleeping area sleeps 6 to 8 people, with new bedding: there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms with 160x200cm beds and one bedroom with two 90x200cm beds, with the option of sleeping 2 extra people (trundle beds).
Linen and towels are included, and beds are made on arrival. A beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and two WCs complete this attractive accommodation.

The enclosed garden is ideal for families. An enclosed garden shed can accommodate bikes and beach equipment. DVD player. Wifi internet access. Baby equipment available. Housekeeping package compulsory, €100. Only one pet allowed.

Dedicated socket for recharging the battery of an electric or hybrid vehicle: fixed charge of €30 per week and per vehicle.
